I'm Carol Tang, a front-end developer from California's Bay Area. I first dabbled in HTML5 and CSS3 when I was in high school and intended to study computer science in college, but wound up switching to linguistics because I enjoyed its ties to history and cultures as well as how it and CS are key to communication in the present age. Afterwards I became a software QA engineer a.k.a. tech bug hunter. While considering a career change, I remembered that my passion had always been in designing and creating, so I signed up for a front-end bootcamp, and the rest is history.
In my free time I love to read, write, draw digitally, and compose music. (Find me on Soundcloud if you like cinematic music!) I also play piano, arrange flowers, and set up decor for my friends' weddings, among other hobbies and interests.
